Our "new normal"
Prior to your visit we will be calling you to do Covid-19 screening questionnaire. You will be asked if you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or been around anyone who has Covid-19, if you have a fever, experienced any other Covid-19 symptoms, or have traveled outside the country within 14 days.
You will be asked to bring a mask and wear it during your visit. If you do not have one, we can provide you with one.
We will be wearing masks throughout patient examinations. When you arrive you will asked to use hand sanitizer. Our assistant will complete your pre-testing and you will then see one of our Optometrists. Proper disinfection will be done before and after each patient. Appointment times have been spaced apart to allow for cleaning time and social distancing. All glasses will be sanitized after each frame selection. Our staff will distance themselves so you can try on frames without your mask on so you select the perfect one for you.
